The Food Living Lab gathers all major stakeholders of the food innovation sector in Switzerland (academia, agricultural and food research and the food industry). The Food Living Lab is one of the key partners in an open innovation strategy of the Swiss food industry. The Living Lab brings food research and specific aspects (product & food process) in the Living Lab community.
Description
The swiss Cyber Care Living Lab (CCLL) aims to offer a novel virtual -reality-based healthcare system for integrated clinical and in-home services. It offers a viable and sustainable approachto addressing the complex needs of caring for people not only while they are being treated in a hospital, but follow them to their homes as well. As such it is strongly related to the EU’s Ambient Assisted Living (AAL) initiative.
The core group of the SLLC is composed of four PPP partners:
- (FHNW) University of Applied
- Sciences Northwestern Switzerland,
- (HSLU) Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts,
- Prolog GmbH, and (SPS) Foundation “Stiftung Produktive Schweiz”.
These partners bring together a combination of different real and virtual world spaces, collaborative working environments, digital learning ecosystems, methods, tools and curricula for open innovation communities within Switzerland and EnoLL.
The SOLET is devoted to the use of information and communication technology (ICT) in tourism. It aims to create a playground for innovative ideas that may be used to improve the work of agents in the tourism and hospitality industry, the collaboration between different players in the value chain, the relationship of tourism agents and their respective customers. It links scientists and practitioners with an interest in the field and allows for sharing their ideas, developing new concepts and tools, as well as validating them in scientific experiments.
