The Conference on Service Design and Service Innovation, ServDes., is the premiere research conference for exchanging knowledge within service design and service innovation.
ServDes conference (www.servdes.org.) is the premier research conference within service design and service innovation. The conference joins the great minds of academics and business professionals from both private and public sectors to share and co-create knowledge on selected topics. The first ServDes.2008 Conference investigated the legacy from other design disciplines. The second ServDes.2010 Conference focused on ExChanging Knowledge. This is the third conference. The ServDes.2012 Conference focuses on Co-creating Services. Contributions are welcome within the field of service and other fields as long as they relate to theme of the conference. We cordially invite both academics and business professionals to contribute to the research on service design and openly discuss the challenges of the field. The conference will include both presentations of research papers and business cases. You can also suggest workshop topics.
