ENoLL Services

ENoLL international non-profit association Services

Based on member expectations, the ENoLL Council is identifying the services that the new ENOLL AISBL will provide to its members and to the Open System of Living Labs Communities.

Services can be classified in 3 different types based on their access cost.

Open Free Services

The Open Free Services are available to all the members of the ENoLL network (currently 274 members) and to the Open System of Living Labs Communities:

  • ENoLL Label use is granted to the Living Labs that passed wave qualification. They are also listed as members of ENoLL  on the Openlivinglabs website.
  • Enabling Networking: design, improve, maintain, manage the ENoLL collaborative platform for enabling KBS assets accrual; facilitate interaction and sharing through physical and virtual events; transfer of experiences between Living Labs.
  • Network Communication: Maintenance of information repositories: Maintaining up-to-date information on ENoLL members, including mailing lists, their projects, project results, and events at the agreed forum/fora (e.g. ENoLL website, AMI Communities, Wiki etc.); Communication Services, Newsletters, websites for the ENoLL Communities and to general wide audience  (press release, video interview…).

AISBL Members Services

AISBL Member Services are available to all the members of the ENoLL AISBL association who have paid the membership fee. They include:

  • Catalyzing Opportunities: stimulate, identify, validate projects and funding opportunities for increasing the Living Labs knowledge base - catalyze partnership to create wide scale pilots, especially cross border, addressing key societal challenges and prepare the ground for Living Labs Prize. Virtual Team Creation Opportunities for individuals.
  • Professional Communities for Best practices: extract, validate, edit, and publish practices and success stories emerging from individual and networked LLAB innovation actions Professional Communities for Best practices.
  • Policy Linking: influence and link to innovation policy at European, National and Regional level.

On Demand Services

The On Demand Services are available on demand, to get support on a specific issue (e.g, to support a specific Living Labs pilot, to conduct benchmarking studies…). Such on demand services will be available upon payment and released through ENoLL Living Lab Service providers (qualified members of ENoLL AISBL).

  • Legal Issues: Identify and address External and Internal Legal Issues for (IPR, individual data protection, liability…), and provide templates for inter LLABs clustering and pilots/projects collaboration
  • Living Labs maturity advancement: Support to improve organisational elements (IT, collaboration processes, governance….); Benchmarking
  • Learning and Training: Training and Learning programs will be made available on demand for specialized subjects. Moreover, a Summer school will be organized yearly starting summer 2010 in Sophia Antipolis.
